Our Story
Our story runs back to year 2011 when visionary behind the innovations started making long shelf life waffle cones at his mother’s kitchen under his own brand name Waffle Boy. With his passion for innovation backed by entrepreneurial skills and the support from the partner, emerged Shells Ceylon (Pvt) Limited with sustainable , eco and edible solutions for single use plastics. This opened up brand new experience in edible packing to the world. Our passion is continuously evolving with innovations to contribute back to the nature in our own little way. The name shells symbolizes the characteristic of protecting something and acting as a base, as such most of the products possess the same quality.

With Paper cups, there is a thin coating of polythene lamination which tend to melt with hot content and does not degrade fast. Our cups are 100% edible and even the cup lid is edible

Yes, we undertake to produce to your specifications for large and continuous orders. The lead time will added with mould producing time for the initial order.
These pots are in built with fertilizer such as dry leaves, bio charcoal, egg powder and silica. Most importantly you don’t need to uproot the plant as you can bury the plant in soil with the pot itself which doesn’t harm the roots
